Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting my books and shop! Below is everything you need to know about how your order is packed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Times
All orders are carefully packed and prepared before being shipped out.
- Books, merch & bookish items: 3–7 business days
- Preorders: Shipping will begin on or after the publication/release date
During busy seasons (holidays, launch weeks), processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international locations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–25 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can vary due to postal delays, customs processing (UK), or carrier workload.
Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to you once your parcel has shipped.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out so we can help investigate.
Customs & Fees (NZ + UK)
Orders shipping outside Australia may be subject to:
- customs fees
- duties or taxes
- import processing fees
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot mark orders as “gifts” for customs purposes.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
For delayed or lost parcels:
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are unfortunately beyond our control.
- A parcel may be considered lost only once the carrier declares it so.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for carrier delays, but we will support you in lodging an enquiry.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot replace or refund the order
- If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it—additional shipping costs will apply
Preorders & Combined Orders
If your purchase includes a preorder item (e.g., book releases, anthologies):
- The entire order will ship together once all items are ready
- If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders
